Our heat treatment equipments

1.Kohnle tip. tunel furnace

This furnace is used for hardening and tempering dinky, steel mass-produced articles and sheets. This fully automatic production line is 22 m long. For elimination of oxigen is used protecting torch. For cooling articles after hardening we use oil, so we can warrant step by step cooling.

General hardening and tempering process: Hardening, cooling in oil, autimatic washing and drying, tempering, cooling on air.

Main data of equipment:

Capacity: 100 kg/hour

Maximum adjustable temperature of hardening: 950°C

Maximum adjustable temperature of tempering: 670°C
