Even the most demanding production and quality assurance instructions alone cannot guarantee our customers' ever-increasing quality expectations (zero ppm).

In the case of automated high speed production of mass products, the occurrence of inhomogeneity of the raw material, unexpected failure of the manufacturer 's tools, or the production of defective or different sized products due to machine failures cannot be excluded.

Can there still be a 100% guarantee, 0ppm? No problem for us!

Our control equipment uses the most advanced computer technology and optical elements available to process the optical image, verifying the geometry of the parts passing in front of the cameras, taking into account the tolerances we specify or allow. The machines are also suitable for the inspection of complex shaped components and for the simultaneous complete measurement, since the three cameras are placed in three different positions (lower, upper, horizontal), thus ensuring simultaneous circular inspection of the workpiece.

Apart from the cameras, the size of the holes in the drilled parts is monitored by a leasercontroller. A prerequisite for continuous, high-speed scanning (up to 400 pcs / min) is that the pieces you want to check must be passed in front of the cameras and the leaser in a structured order.
